We procure dried paddy directly from trusted farmers, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Our expert team carefully inspects each batch of paddy to ensure it meets our stringent criteria.
Once procured, the paddy is stocked and aged for one full year. Aging enhances the texture, flavor, and quality of the rice. We store the paddy in gunny bags, a traditional method that ensures better drying and optimal moisture control.
After the one-year aging period, the paddy undergoes milling. Here's how we create our three unique rice variants:
The paddy is destoned and cleaned, and the husk is removed, leaving behind nutrient-packed brown rice. This variant retains 100% of its natural nutrients and is sent directly for sorting to ensure it’s clean and ready for packing.
For this variant, we apply minimal grinding to remove some of the outer layers while preserving 70% of the nutrients.
This is our most refined variant. Building on the semi-grinded process, we add a silky finish without using any water, ensuring it retains 50% of the nutrients while achieving a smooth, polished appearance.
Every rice variant undergoes the SORTEX process, which ensures that only the cleanest and best grains are selected. Once sorted, the rice is freshly packed and ready to reach our customers.
